Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gpcreativezone@gmaill.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Broken items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If item is broken upon arrival, please contact us and include a picture. Items will not be refunded if broken by customer.
Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
