Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. If it is a bigger order, please allow some extra time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at gpcreativezone@gmaill.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
